Activity and Import Progress

HyperHQ keeps long-running work out of your way. Use Activity to see what is running and what finished.

Open Activity​

Select the Activity icon in the HyperHQ sidebar.

The panel groups work into three areas:

  • Active shows work in progress.
  • Needs attention shows a choice or failed task.
  • Recent shows completed work.

The ring around the Activity icon shows overall progress when a task reports a percentage.

Follow a download​

Open Activity while a platform or media download runs. The active row shows the item name, progress, and current stage.

Use Pause when you need the network or drive for another task. Use Resume to continue later.

Follow system imports​

HyperHQ imports one system at a time. Additional systems wait in the import queue.

Select the import status indicator to open Import Queue Status. The window shows:

  • The system currently importing
  • Systems waiting in order
  • How many systems finished during the session

You may continue using HyperHQ while the queue runs. Avoid closing HyperHQ during an active import.

Handle a task needing attention​

  1. Open Activity.
  2. Find the item under Needs attention.
  3. Read the short description.
  4. Select the available action.

Failed downloads and media waiting for confirmation appear here.

Clear finished work​

Select Clear completed at the top of Activity. This removes recent entries from the panel without deleting downloaded files or imported systems.

Common problems​

Progress looks stuck​

Some stages do not report a percentage. Check the subtitle for the current step and wait for active file work to finish.

A queued system never starts​

Open Import Queue Status and check the current system. Resolve any task under Needs attention, then leave HyperHQ open.

A download failed​

Open the failed item for its reason. Confirm network access and free disk space, then retry from the platform or media page.
